Creative listeners
We believe we have the best team in the industry. Our creative and unique individuals relish being at the forefront with our ground breaking technology. We’re also intrinsically customer-led. When you talk we listen. So Leapfrog continues to evolve and develop to meet the needs of you, our customer.
Fundamentally, we’re into thinking here at ARANZ Geo. In fact we have a simple, overriding objective to be the industry thought leaders.
International flavour
Our hand-picked, highly qualified staff includes mathematicians, software engineers, geologists and hydrogeologists, business and marketing professionals.
Based in Christchurch New Zealand we're somewhat of a United Nations of Leapfrog employees! We don’t just include Kiwis in our number, but people from all over the world. We have a truly international flavour. A good reflection of the global markets we serve!
Knowledge pool
We also have a strong, well-established distributor network. Many of whom are internationally respected geologists coming from South Africa, South America, North America, Europe and Oceania. And our board includes well experienced advisors, who ensure we’re well funded and focused. So our knowledge pool is rich and diverse.
Less is more
Our staff has steadily increased but importantly we’re still a relatively small company. We think this is key to our success as we’re nimbler, leaner and less encumbered than our competitors. We don’t have the usual departmental constraints. We freely share information and work as a cohesive, inclusive team.
And we’re fun too
We enjoy our work and have fun doing it and we want you to have fun working with Leapfrog. We know that our software can be as addictive as gaming because you’ve told us! But we’re serious about our special brand of fun, as we know the serious contribution Leapfrog makes.
Shaun Maloney, CEO
Our team is lead by Shaun Maloney. Christchurch born New Zealander Shaun comes from an international banking background. He was previously Global Sales Channel Manager for ARANZ Geo Limited, so he’s been part of our success for some time. Prior to that Shaun was UK based, where he provided direction and stability to grow NZ technology businesses within global markets.
We have something quite special here at ARANZ Geo. Not just the product but the team, the people. It’s a great place to work and you can see this in the commitment and contribution we all make to Leapfrog.
